With this update comes a few small polishings I wanted to get in before the deadline but ran out of time for:

- Input updates are now paused until input is released when winning or losing

- Added victory fanfare

- Running out of time now displays a different message to being caught in the wind

- Made the wind particles sway a little horizontally

- Made splash screen fade to dark instead of light

- Fixed particles not respawning on titlescreen

- Fixed some bugs in my animation library
